Please find details of the wide range of payment methods we accept at RC Wonders.

Debit and Credit Card Direct through our secure 128-bit website

We accept all Major Debit and Credit Cards. Simply proceed through to checkout and choose the Pay by Credit or Debit card button at the bottom of the checkout page. You will then be transferred to the Equifax Secure 128 bit encrypted gateway where you can enter your card details.

PayPal

We accept PayPal for all UK and International Orders. Simply go through to the Checkout section and you will see the PayPal link. You can then click on this link to pay for your order using your PayPal Account.

VAT

VAT at the current rate is always included within the product price you see.

If you require a VAT Invoice with your order, please contact us by email or phone.

Refunds / Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from RC Wonders and offer our Customers a full 30 day money back guarantee on all our products*

In the unlikely event that your item (s) arrive either faulty or damaged. Please contact us and we will offer you either an exchange, replacement or full refund.

We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations and take full responsibility for any items which are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

*Please note

All goods sent are brand new in their original packaging and have gone through rigerous QC testing by the manufacturer. We believe the goods to be fit for purpose, prior to their first use.

All our RC products are covered by a manufacturers warranty, The manufacturers warranty covers any electrical and mechanical defects, or asthetic damage prior to use. It does not cover accidental damage or user misue. 

We will not, under any circumstances, refund or replace goods that have become defective due to accidental damage or user misuse. This includes products that have been flown or driven and crashed and then no longer function as a result.

Repair Service

We offer a fast and efficent 'In House' repair service for all goods that have become defective due to accidental damage. This service is chargable, based on time and parts required for a full repair to be carried out. The cost of return to us and re-delivery of goods, is the responsibility of the customer.

If you require your goods to be repaired, please contact us directly by phone or email and we will advise on the next steps for return.

We have this policy in place to protect our customers and our business. If you do not agree with the policy, please do not purchase.
